Google Chrome
- Open Chrome on your computer
- At the top right-hand side of the page, click on the menu button which is represented by 3 dots
- Click on More tools then go down to clear browsing data
- At the top of the page, choose a time frame or to delete everything, select all time
- Move to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and check the boxes
- Click Clear Data
Safari
- Open up your Safari on your Mac computer
- Click on Safari at the top left-hand side of your browser
- Click on Preferences and then click on the Advanced tab
- Click Show develop menu in the menu bar
- Once develop appears on the menu bar, click on it and go down to Empty caches. Click it to clear the cache
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer
- Click on the Menu button at the top right corner of the page
- Scroll down the menu until you see the Library and click it
- Then click History and then Clear recent history
- A screen will pop to allow you to choose a time range to clear the data. We would recommend putting this to everything
- Select either Cookies or Cache or both depending on what you are trying to do
- Make sure the items you do not want to delete are not selected
- Click OK to clear your choices and then close the window
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge on your computer
- Click on the Menu button at the top right corner of the page
- Go down and then click Settings
- On the left-hand side, you will then see Privacy, search, and services. Click this once located
- Go down to Clear browsing data and click on Choose what to clear
- You can select your time range here, and we recommend clearing all
- Then select the options you wish to clear Cookies and/or Cached images and files
- Click clear now
