Wireless Interference occurs when something disrupts the signal coming from your wireless router. Due to the 2.4Ghz frequency transmitted from your router and other household electronics along with the neighbour's Wi-Fi if in close proximity, you can get overlapping channels that could cause performance issues on the signal.

If you have any of the below devices we would advise having them switched off when not in use, or placed far away from the router.

  • Wireless printer
  • Another Wireless router
  • Wireless extender
  • Google Chromecast
  • Microwave
  • Baby monitor
  • Wireless Video camera
